I have seen zucchini made into pasta and I was dying to try it! I bought one spiralizer and it stunk, just made my zucchini into mush!!! Just didn’t work, so I went to Bed, Bath and Beyond and found a different one. Well, this one worked like a charm, so easy to use, and best of all, doesn’t take up a lot of space in the cabinets or on the counter! yes!!!
I spiraled like crazy 2 zucchinis and 2 yellow squash. it made a ton!
I heated olive oil in a pan added onions and garlic, cooked until translucent. I then added the zucchini and squash. It softened up and started to resemble pasta. I then added cherry tomatoes, and a BPA free can of tomatoes. I seasoned with sea salt and pepper.
Yum! I put that in a dish and covered it to stay hot. Meanwhile, I cooked the mushrooms until soft and then added the asparagus. I seasoned again with sea salt and pepper.

While all this was cooking I had peeled sweet potatoes, and cut them into fries. Sprayed a tray with olive oil added the fries and sprayed again with a bit of olive oil. Seasoned with sea salt! Delicious!!!
